Is the Vitamin D Vit D2 or Vit D3? Question about Boots Calcium & Vitamin D by EdMurfin

Boots Vitamin D container does not specify which type of Vit D, 2 or 3. It also shows strenght in micrograms rather than international units. The one I have is 12.5 microgram. The Boots pharmacist didn't know what that is in IUs - can you help? Thanks! Ed
