Advantages: good raspberry flavour, good thickness of yogurt, smells appetising
Disadvantages: expensive for day-to-day consumption, could be lower in sugar/fat

At the moment I can get two 450g pots of Yeo Valley live yoghurt at Waitrose for £2, so this sounds very expensive to me, even when it's on offer. I'm glad you like the taste, though! by denella

Advantages: Calm and soothe in periods of stress. Natural flavour and a texture kids of all ages will love.
Disadvantages: I really would rather not to have to use these (but if they help what's the harm).
