Good luck with your course, great review; this is the course i wanted to do but opted for the Open University, unfortunately they only have work routed S.W degrees. So ive stuck with social sciences instead, had i known about the funding then, would have done this at a local uni, nevermind, almost there now! At least those making their minds up now may be a little wiser from your review. >Donna< x by DonnaShelly

EMH - CHOOSE THIS FOR HOURS OF FUN
Review of East Mediterranean History by Psycho.chick

Advantages: The Course gives you an indepth knowledge of the East Mediterranean from late Roman, through the Byzantine period right up to the modern day, you can even learn Greek as an ancillary subject to your degree
Disadvantages: It isn't applicable to many jobs, although travel companies love it!

East Mediterranean History (EMH) Was not the course I applied for at Birmingham University, however I don't regret taking it. The course is fascinating and is mostly essay assessed (so great for those of us who hate revision!) Lectures are few and far bet ... Read review
