This is a brilliant product, i did not even realise how efficient it was indeed until I tried a market leading electric pump. It gets a lot of milk out at a time. Fits the bottles perfectly. I did not find this leaked even if tipped up. Great to clean as ... Read review

Disadvantages: bad product, too expensive, bad customer service from medela

Was very disappointed in this.I read all the good reviews and was reeled in. It is nowhere near as good as I was led to believe. The breast shell which comes with it is apparently a medium average size which goes on the size of the nipple - to me I though ... Read review

I couldn't work these at all by catsholiday
I didn't have much luck with these - and I still will swear by cabbage leaves in your bra as the best possible remedy for cracked nipples. That said - I quite likely was not using them correctly and like you I didn't try these until the damage was already pretty severe with abcessess and horrible fevers etc.. I do think they should advise women of possible problems and solutions like this while still pregnant. Then a midwife could show you how to use them and if problems developed women would know what to do. by Marge3781
