Review of Mirror Gloss Matte Photo Paper by chrisandmark_is_here

Advantages: Excellent results, high quality paper, available in small pack sizes
Disadvantages: None really, although my printer had a few problems with the thickness of the paper

A brilliant lens for portraits
Review of Nikon Nikkor lens - 50 mm F/1.8 by EmPFree

Advantages: good control of depth of field, produces high quality photos, value for money
Disadvantages: Can only go down to f/1.8

I bought this because it was so cheap compared to other wide aperture lenses. It's great for portraits and gives you full control of depth of field. I've got nothing but stunning results from this lens- pin sharp area of focus with a nice bokeh (blurring ... Read review

Sigma 18-250 mm Lens - A Zoom With A View
Review of Sigma telephoto zoom lens - 18 mm - 250 mm F/3.5-6.3 by BNibbles

Advantages: Compact for such a powerful lens. Good build quality. Probably the only size of lens I'll need.
Disadvantages: All zooms are something of a quality compromise.

I’ve always liked having a camera that can have interchangeable lenses, even if I don’t buy (m)any. In the case of my current DSLR (Digital Single Lens reflex) a Nikon D7000, I do actually have two lenses. a) The 18-105 mm ‘standard zoom’ supplied with t ... Read review

Review of Panasonic HDC-TM900 by laplayastudio

Advantages: Everything, it has so much.
Disadvantages: It is small and lightweight (!) so not as impressive as my previous Canon, but SOOOO much lighter.

Before this I had a high end Canon, a big impressive looking mini DV beast that cost several thousand to buy. I thought it was great. Then I went pure digital and made the jump to this little camera. I have never looked back. I now make super high quality ... Read review
