Advantages: fresh, tasty, lasts ages
Disadvantages: a bit more expensive but worth it

Cravendale is my first choice of milk even though it can be pricier than normal milk (it's around £1.98 for a 2 litre carton). That's because I believe this is super milk - it stays fresher for a lot longer than any other brands I've bought and tastes go ... Read review

Great eggs for less than £1!
Review of ASDA Smartprice Mixed Weight Eggs by MsTricia

Advantages: taste good, cheap
Disadvantages: feel a bit guilty about the battery chicken it came from!

I used to be quite strict on my eggs, buying solely free range and sticking to the brand "Happy Eggs" as they always tasted great, looked great and I had in fixed in my mind that the more expensive the better the quality. However, a few months ago I watch ... Read review

I think Tesco is pretty expensive for milk, I only pay 85p for a four pinter in our local shop - think the current promotion is two bottles for £1.50 which is handy as I have to buy whole and semi-skimmed every day x by chrisandmark_is_here
