Filter tap water into drinkable, safe water!

I'm a huge fan of coconut oil! Interesting to read about this brand. I've only used the Holland and Barrett one (when on offer at half price! It's very expensive usually) - it makes an excellent moisturiser as well as being good in foods. I don't buy any processed products and the only other oil I use is extra virgin olive oil - but that's relatively inexpensive in Cyprus where I live. by Kukana

Helps people who can't stay away from fatty food
