AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE IF YOUR MARKETING STUDENT
Review of Teeside University by star2013

Advantages: Good shops and banks in the town centre
Disadvantages: Poor teaching

I did a BA Marketing degree at Teesside University, the worse life choice I ever made. The course was beyond poor, just like the teaching standard, in my opinion. I was given a marketing textbook to purchase, and it was written by one of the lecturers. Th ... Read review

If you believe the course material was copied from wikipedia it would be easy enough to prove it by checking there yourself... You may have been better off doing an English literacy course as your current writing skills will do you no justice in a marketing role to be honest. by anonymili

As below. I dont think they're al like that. I find them very helpful. You have to be sensitive to them as well as courteous to get the same back. If not, then demand to speak to the manager and get it sorted out. by Nar2

You should add your additional info to your actual review as it won't necessarily be viewed under the comments section. Use the Edit Review function on your home page. by Bollinger28
Hi, course lasted 1 year. £330, NCFE LEVEL 3. ( this should be showing as we had to fill this information in to the review as well) I am working on iPad, which sometimes amends words you have written for others. I am a learner with a full statement of SEN , and the review website wasn't able to alter its format/ font / font size/ background colour for me to be able to read it. The end of the day the review is about Stonebridge College and their course NOT my ability to read/ disability. I have full University Masters Degree in Education, and still found the Stonebridge course useful. So was the review helpful, regards using them as education provider? The course was simple and easy to follow, logical to research, what more can I say! by Angelap12

It costs only £79 that also included the postage of my textbooks since I chose the paper over the online studies. If you chose to study on line it will be cheaper. I studied for as long as I liked for this particular course. There was no limited date to send my test paper. It is preferably suited for the busy everyday life. I received an NCFE award together with the Stonebridge Associated Colleges award. Hope this information helps you Bollinger. by ramsaranbhojram

You have a degree in nutrition yet this Stonebridge Diploma was of benefit to you? Seems a little odd - surely the content of a summer course diploma would be very basic compared to depth of information absorbed during a several years long degree? How much did this course cost? How long did you have to study for to get the diploma and what qualification are you awarded? by Bollinger28

I non stopped emailed Dave and Nikki asking about the payments and they did inform of the exchange charges and that I should ring my bank. I rang my bank and they informed me that there would be a 2.75% charge changing from GBP into USD. That would make my total payment around $500+. I told CCUSA that I wasn't very happy with this and they then said that they pay the charge but you must tell them before hand so they can add it to your invoice on footprints. So they added the £10.32 balance so I would only need to pay the total fee of £379. I don't see why you would think that I would make this up as they actually DID do this for me. by hausofbarber
CCUSA did not give me this at all and charged me for it, if CCUSA actually did this for you then you should make it more clear how they did it for you as you do not give a lot of detail. by stuarty315
