I suppose the Tocopheryl acetate is the Vitamin E part of this. It's well hidden in a lot of rather nasty-looking unpronounceable chemicals that I would not want on my skin! by Kukana

This was recommended once when a stye affected an eyelid - not too costly, and very effective. I could not imagine using it in lieu of Optrex or similar though, as it has an antibiotic in it. by pgn0
