Thanks for your recommendation Rachael. Ovysmen, like Cilest and Dianette is combined and like you I found it was a breeze. I was a bit grumpy for a few weeks at the start but nothing like Cerazette! They won't let me take it anymore because I'm overweight and forced me on POP (namely Cerazette) instead. by Queggys88

Advantages: more than 99% effective contraception for 3 years, works immediately if inserted at correct time
Disadvantages: can give you terrible skin. can cause problem bleeding, no protection against STI's.
