I had major problems with this company many years ago and as a result, would never use them again by Alyson29
I had a bad experience with them when I was their customer too. Trading Standards took them on for me, and BG suddenly saw sense. I would recommend talking to your local TS. by kevin121

I don't particularly follow your review - I presume the lawyers were simply acting upon the agreed instructions with you and the terms of the new mortgage. Perhaps you should have checked the detail? You might need to spend a bit more time explaining what happened here.... by cr01

This bank lost all my online banking details even though they have an internal posting service. I asked them to resolve the issue via going to the branch on six occasions over a period of four weeks. I got a call from their regional business manager stating not to come in again because it is spoiling staff moral. My matter wasn't resolved - or do they want to reimburse me with the inconvenience, admin fees, LPDI accrued. by 1st2thebar
