Bad experience with White Horse (Gold Travel Insurance)

Sorry for my rating but you don't really explain what you were claiming for or whether it was included in the insurance documents - I'm guessing not. Likewise, some information about your transaction - what they said to you in response etc. would allow the reader to make their own mind up. by cr01
