I love the addition of the advantages/disadvantages list. I imagine that would be really useful to consumers who don't want to read a whole review but just want an overview. Advantages: Location is great - 10 mins from the airport and 5 mins walk from town centre and beach.
Disadvantages: Basic no frills everything! No childrens facilities so couples would be best off here.

I agree - it depends on your expectations at the end of the day - its adequate, we found it to be clean in our apartment though accept that others have had less fortunate experiences. We have stayed in a worse hotel (La Pyramide) but also stayed in much better - its a great base, eat out every other day, drink plenty and just soak up the sun and its good value for money. Consider hiring a car or using the local bus service to explore the island - to the south there are fabulous beaches for instance. I'd only recommend it as a dead cheap sun option if you can afford to supplement it by going out a bit by wallygrom2005
