If it had been me I would have given all the details for the order and then told them I had decided to go elsewhere due to the attitude of the staff. By ordering, you are, effectively, keeping that moron in a job. by mattydalton
I hate it when you receive awful service and they try to make up for it by offering a gift voucher which means you have to shop there again....it's kind of missing the point! One to avoid, thanks x by Gingerkitty

CSL - Completely Shocking and Lousy
