Advantages: Reasonably cheap, frothy and smooth when made properly
Disadvantages: More granules are needed to make a decent cup, too little granules gives a sour milk taste

I saw this on someone's shelves and it looked good, but if I recall correctly it had aspartame in it - that's enough to put a lot of people off as it's a common migraine-inducer. But perhaps they got rid of the artificial sweeteners... it was some years ago. by Kukana
