Sounds like they need to work on their customer care skills for tourists. Mind you, they can probably get away with it as it's one of those places everyone wants to visit in spite of the lack of facilities and helpful staff....a bit like the pyramids in Eygpt where the locals continually hassle the tourists :o( by Bollinger28
