Coorg, 'The Scotland of India'
Review of General: India by skmm

Advantages: A very beautiful place and very healthy
Disadvantages: None

In India, summer is the season when most people travel to places of better climate and of natural beauty to escape the tropical heat. While at Bangalore, my son had travelled to Coorg and stayed at several scenic places there. When he advised me to visit ... Read review

An "E" from me. Great review. Kate xx by Zurich11
This was a very enlightening and enjoyable review about Coorg but I couldn't rate any higher as the category is for India in general and for someone looking to know about India overall as a destination they would only be reading about one destination, namely Coorg. by anonymili

The Taj Mahal: Not the most enjoyable tourist experience
Review of Agra and the Taj Mahal (India) by lights84

Advantages: A beautiful attraction
Disadvantages: A potentially stressful experience

Although the Taj Mahal is breathtaking and beautiful, my review of it is not positive. This is because of the immense stress I felt while visiting this beautiful tourist attraction. Although my parents are both Indian, I spent all of my years in Britain ... Read review

Sounds like they need to work on their customer care skills for tourists. Mind you, they can probably get away with it as it's one of those places everyone wants to visit in spite of the lack of facilities and helpful staff....a bit like the pyramids in Eygpt where the locals continually hassle the tourists :o( by Bollinger28

From Zero to Hero - the Airport that Reinvented Itself
Review of Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi by koshkha

Advantages: It works
Disadvantages: I can't guarantee how long it will stay so lovely

The carpet did give me a bit of a headache after a long flight plus an unscheduled 2 hour stop in Nagpur due to unseasonable fog in Delhi. Baggage was still taking a silly amount of time in late 2010 but the domestic side was also shiny and new by then. I know it's mad but I do kind of miss the old "Indianness" of the airport by BristolBud

I can not believe you would not walk out of a restaurant as you seem so confident and self assured. Give it a go next time you find it crap so maybe it will buck them up a level or two. I do enjoy the way you described it and would avoid this one like the plague. by garymarsh86
