I'm sorry as I can appreciate your frustration, but this is more of a rant than a review. This doesn't tell us anything about teh company in general, not enough specifics to know if this should have be covered. What exactly did you have to pay for? How is this storm damage? I looks like a bad roof which I can't see being covered. On the otehr hand - if the storm blew a tree down which wrecked your roof it likely would be. Still I am no expert, and you do need an expert. I would very strongly advise contacting the insurance ombudsman asap. by Marge3781
