As someone who gets really angry with bad customer "service" I found myself getting annoyed on your behalf just reading this. It particularly irks when a shop says that the company's website is nothing to do with them. Yes it is, you idiot - it's part of the same company and you'd look a lot better and probably sell much more stuff if you worked together! Grrr. I hope you finally managed to get some good quality rings elsewhere. by jonathanb
