Thats the sort of thing you check before hand! You need to ask if they have a licence- particularly in Malindi, because it is a reserve- they have to declare you as passengers! You can get into trouble over that sort of thing! Doesn't matter anyway; wait till the tide goes down then you could just as easily walk/ swim back! by princess_tallulah
