A stylish boiler
Review of Candy Rose Traditional Kettle by kat123456

Advantages: looks good, boils well, easy to uses
Disadvantages: high min fill level, a little noisy

We recently redecorated our kitchen in a light blue colour - just a lick of paint but I though a few new accessories would help give it a new feel. I decided to buy from Dunelm's 'Candy Rose' range as they had some lovely bits that were simple and the ri ... Read review

On The Boil
Review of Prestige Stainless Steel and Almond Jug Kettle by Essexgirl2006

Advantages: Looks good, easy to maintain
Disadvantages: Hard to read gauge, on the noisy side

I am not a big user of my kettle and have had the same one for years. However my parents bought a new one, and finding it unsuitable passed the week old kettle over to me. I was quite happy to accept it. The kettle is from Prestige, so an established b ... Read review

Advantages: cheap, works

About three weeks before christmas our kettle decided to break, it stopped switching on. As you can imagine this was a calamity, as a) I like a cup of tea, especially in the morning, and b) money was tight as we were busy spending it on presents. I did ... Read review

Review of Delonghi KBJ3001W by emaroberts99

Advantages: Fast Boil - Looks Gorgeous
Disadvantages: Not Ideal if you are Looking for a Small Kettle

I bought this kettle from amazon for around £50 and it looks gorgeous next to my bright white tiles. It looks so elegant with the faceted detail and chrome finish The handle is perfect for anyone like me who is a bit clumsy because it is large enough to ... Read review

I can see an improvement in this review from the ones you started off with. It just needs a little more to it to obtain a helpful rating (and for you to start getting paid). You do pack a fair bit of information into a small review - my recommendation would be to try adding a little more of yourself into each review - what let you to purchase this kettle over any other, how does the volume work for your needs etc by Thehonesttruth

Gets 5 stars and a recommendation from me!
Review of Wilko / Tradebrand Wilkinsons C/LESS 1.7L 0316169 by MsTricia

Advantages: cheap and cheerful

Cheap doesn't get you a good kettle
Review of Cookworks 2283928 by PrincessGB

Advantages: Cheap, light even when full, easy to clean, quiet
Disadvantages: Spills easily, no swivel base

The Cookworks 228/3928 Silver Kettle is a simple kettle with a 1.7L capacity. It's priced at £9.99 in Argos. My thoughts I bought this kettle when I needed something cheap and cheerful to 'make do' until I could afford to replace my Russell Hobbs one wh ... Read review

Hot, Hot, Hot Heritage Kettle.
Review of Russell Hobbs 18256 Heritage by trayrope

Advantages: Looks nice, good value, matching items available, easy to kep clean.
Disadvantages: Water gage, flimsy power switch, power light.

Review of Russell Hobbs 19390 by blissman70

Advantages: Nice look, boils quickly, easy to use and auto shut off
Disadvantages: none

I hate kettles, but I like a good cup of coffee/tea. The reason I hate kettle is that they hate me. They all have it in for me, partnering toasters, all out to get me. My psychiatrist says they're only objects but what does he know, he hates me anyway. B ... Read review

Looks nice but makes water taste weird
Review of Breville VKJ472 by sirodar

Advantages: It boils water
Disadvantages: It boils water with a taste to it, bad lime build up, a bit cheap

Looks good - tastes weird Recently I reviewed a Kettle made by a man called Russell. I beamed about how good that the kettle was, and I also made a point of stating that I prefer plastic kettles because they don't seem to be plagued by limescale. C ... Read review

The Equip Is Hip & Slick But Not As Quick As Electric!
Review of Morphy Richards Stainless Steel Stove Kettle by Nar2

Advantages: Nice traditional stove kettle, suitable for induction, gas & others, keeps hot water hotter longer
Disadvantages: Whistle not loud enough & traditional design means you lose out on speed, no filter or gauge.

If you have caught up on my recently updated review on the Y&Y traditional stove kettle, then you may well know that I have discovered a rust patch on the base of the kettle, which was bought originally in 2013. I only relied on it for usage in emergenci ... Read review
