Hot point - our first gas oven
Review of Hotpoint HUG52P by melinda3536

Advantages: Quick to heat pans, easy to keep clean, reliable so far.
Disadvantages: Length of time to light the grill, risk of ignition being off at the mains.

As a child, I grew up with a gas cooker in the house, but switched to electric when my husband and I had our first flat due to regulations. We bought our first oven back in 1993, and it served us well until we had to leave it behind us in 2008! We abandon ... Read review

Disadvantages: Outer gets hot during use, clock needs re-setting every time you switch on

Diamond review   Sebastian the Samsung
Review of Samsung RSA1UTMG by tallulahbang

Advantages: Trustworthy, quality brand, spacious, reliable
Disadvantages: Very large, expensive

It's a curious thing that, of the people I know, it's never the women who are desperate to equip their kitchen with the big, American-style fridge freezers; it's always the blokes. My mother's partner is mad keen to get one, even though they'd have to kno ... Read review

Argos Convection Oven
Review of Cookworks AS823EZX by TraineeAngel77

Advantages: Easy to use, grills and convects well.
Disadvantages: Elements do not last long, max temp 200c not high enough,

I bought this oven in 2011, and it was not only convenient to use but saved on my electric to! But I forgot to take out the three year warranty. Alas the convection elements burned out and I was without an oven I had come to rely on. And to add insult to ... Read review

Amazing quality Wood-Fired Pizza Oven
Review of Wood Fired Pizza Oven Pizza Party by pizzazona

Advantages: Great quality, looks good, performs well -> Makes tastier pizza than electric or gas ovens.
Disadvantages: The stand could be better. The oven can't be faulted.

I received my oven complete with accessories ina box; I was convinced that something was missing but no, it was just very welll packed. The next thing that struck me as I unpacked the oven was the amasing engineering quality. Everything is so well made a ... Read review

I have mentioned hard woods in my review, I have tried: Ash, Oak, Beech. As long as you can get thinnish logs Ash is fantastic but you're more skilled/stronger than me if you can split bigger ones down yourself. Oak is very good also and much easier to split down. Any untreated, aged and dried hardwood is okay but ash and oak are my favorites so far. by pizzazona

Prestige microwave, nothing to complain about
Review of Prestige GS25 by Eaglestrike951

Advantages: easy to use when you have understood how to operate
Disadvantages: buttons and diagrams are complicated to follow

This was a given to me by a family member second hand after I accidentally set alight to my last one. I've been using it for over a month now and I have no complaints. It's larger than most domestic microwaves with its capacity of 25L. The unit itself is ... Read review

Actually most cookers or multi ovens have 3000 watts - so as a microwave with a grill or oven, it should use slightly less. by Nar2

Great looks but quality disappointing
Review of Gaggenau KG491210 by sthken

Oven Seal
Review of New World NW701DO by smurfman

We recently bought this oven and when we cook vegetables or roast potatoes in the main oven steam pours out through a manufactured gap in the door seal. This is unsatisfactory and we would consider it unsafe. This continues for most of the cooking time. A ... Read review

Disadvantages: Racking for tall glasses is not adequate

No way could I have written as comprehensive and well-structured a review as this. What I certainly can do, however, is support every comment made in the review, and it's conclusions. We have the same dishwasher, and find it hard to believe that such quality, convenience and performance can be had for under £250 (£239, inc. delivery, from Boots + 3% cashback)) by kennethsross

Advantages: Best Price, Durable, Lightweight, reaches up to 1000 degrees!
Disadvantages: I want more versions in different size

I've actually researched this to make sure I gave you a fair rate. To the best of my knowledge, this is not available in the UK - which does make this less useful for a UK based site. All the same, Ciao accepted this for a review so I'm not rating down for this reason. This really does need an awful lot more info. How many Pizzas can you make? What size? How much wood does it take? How large is the whole thing ? How heavy and difficult to move? Do the pizzas bake evenly? Are they the same as from a pizza place? by Marge3781
