It truly is 'amazing' Gary to look at 'The shear size of the buildings', seeing 'such a massive temple' and read that it was 'constructed piece by piece'! What a pity that 'There are currently only about 80 of these sphinxes left in situ and out of those only one remains totally intact'! I love the pics Gary, easpecially the two that afford a good sight of the size of 'The mosque within Luxor Temple complex' and 'The massive columned walkway into the temple'. Advantages: Friendly, inexpensive, good food, swimming pool.

Disadvantages: It's by the side of the sewage plant, which is not very attractive. There were NO smells though!

This sounds a far better airport than Sharm. The last time we went through there, no trolleys were available which is rather difficult with 3 cases, 3 hand luggage and a toddler in a pushchair. They also moved the luggage belt 6 times and it was just utter confusion. One couple lost their suit cases and the airport for not very helpful at all and the holiday reps were useless by paulpry118
