I think these contain Cetirizine Hydrochloride I get hay fever and find http://www.chemist-4-u.com/Cetirizine sell packs of 30 for about 60p + p&package I buy a seasons worth at a time and make big savings by mumsymary

Ah, it can't be easy! If you're past the first 3 months you can use some essential oils externally to ease cramps and back pain and even for anxiety, the mixtures I made worked for me wonderfully. Candied ginger, ginger or peppermint infusion / ice tea is the best for nausea. by lillamarta
