	"SMARTSTEP" - REASONABLE PRICING AND ONE YOU CAN TRUST Review of Vodafone Smartstep Pay As You Go by PHONELOVER50 Advantages: The call charges are 5p after 3 minutes, texts 9p after 3 SMS Disadvantages: You have to make 3 minutes of calls for the 5p rate, 3 SMS for the 9p rate. I have been on Smartstep since 2002.
