Long wait and big disappointment

Advantages: Customer service was polite and at least I am sure to be getting part of my money back
Disadvantages: Such a long wait to be told it was not going to happen and not offering a FULL refund

To me, you need to actually talk a bit more about the actual directory as opposed an invoice for advertising! In other words, what information is in it? Where do they cover, which areas? Etc. by dynamicnurse
