Sadly, I'm not any wiser having just read this piece. I've a suspicion your printer may've taken a dislike to the Kodak Photo Paper. Have you asked the printer for verification? I hasten a guess, no. by 1st2thebar

A good choice for high quality but value photo / presentation printing

Advantages: Cheaper, semi gloss and a good choice for single sided presentation flyer / poster use.
Disadvantages: Consider this the 'value' brand of HP photo paper and has less colour depth compared etc.
