Advantages: Compact, easy to use, has AUX line in, well labelled controls, nice design.
Disadvantages: Sound quality isn't so good, not enough power, Sony's own specs are wrong, a few surprises.

Advantages: cheap, antiskip worked reasonably well, did not take up much space in the bin
Disadvantages: poor mp3 playback, kept skipping audio on mp3 playback. Left audio channel eventually failed

Advantages: Good sound quality, volume limiter, FM radio and mp3 disc capability
Disadvantages: Very difficult to open up, need to remove discs to change batteries, looks a bit cheap
