No attempted delivery, no conact number. useless customer service

Advantages: Cheap but I never received my parcel.
Disadvantages: No parcel delivered, refused to allow me to collect from depot, terrible customer service

more a rant than anything... I know sometimes a second courier may sign for it from the first courier and then the 2nd courier will then deliver it to the customer. that's why a signature was taken... If not then you may have a problem proving that you did NOT sign for it and will not receive another one. by blissman70

Have to agree, I've been stood by the window waiting for the postie when I've seen him writing out a card saying he'd tried to deliver and gave him quite a shock when I yanked the window open and asked why he hadn't knocked or rung the bell! by anonymili
Interesting experience. Must say I'm always happy with the Royal Mail, and I particularly like that if I do have to pick up a parcel that the collection office isn't 20 miles away in some industrial park... by cr01
