Maxum brilliant boat relatively cheap
Review of Maxum 1800 SR/XR by 26jessica

Advantages: Cheap to run, great for day trips, good performance, ideal in lakes
Disadvantages: shallow hull

I have this boat, it's great! It's brilliant for beginners who just want a bit of fun on the water, and it's relatively cheap to run and cheap to buy in comparison to other boats of a similar size. This boat has a great engine and after 5 years of having ... Read review

Great little bike!
Review of Apache Tomahawk Mini 50cc by jwc1000

Advantages: Reliability, looks and really easy to ride.
Disadvantages: Price.

This is a great little bike for younger children and the older ones. The engine is a 50cc 4 stroke Automatic so you just push the throttle and away you go. Its got an electric or pull start, the pull starts for only if the battery is dead say .This quad i ... Read review

Not a bad review. A little more info and spacing would be an advantage. You write better than some on here twice your age. by LawrenceP

I have a 1987 that was great for learning. The motor was rebuilt in my garage a few years ago; it still runs great. Very simple systems. Highly recommend.

Polaris Sportsman 400 4x4
Review of Polaris Sportsman 400 by MIrakc

Advantages: Great Motor, better design then the chain transmission
Disadvantages: Stock parts are expensive

I have owned this bike since July, mine specifically is a 2002 Sportsman 400 4x4. Amazing bike, I had put a few upgrades in it, such as metal kick plates all around the frame and back end. I have had it stuck in up to 4' of mud and never had a worry. ... Read review

Advantages: fun while it lasts
Disadvantages: impossible to get the right parts.

Well a bit of a mixed bag really. My first quad and i got a lot of enjoyment out of it , using it more or less every day. It was great fun as i began to fall in love, but then, just as in all whirlwind romances, the cracks bagan to show. almost all of the ... Read review

LOL ... I am moving in the middle of January to a place in the hills that has a few acres of land .... I have just learnt that my landlord has a quad so I will be able to review back to you on it ....Take care. Julie. xx by headcase44
Very amusing review..... I have been roaring at the way you compare your quad to a romantic relationship....... Rust, sluggishness, overheating, rear axle problems, stress and when the poor thing becomes redundant you do the typical male thing and go running off to find a Chinese import to replace her !!!!! Aint that just like a man ? LOL very good review. Thanks. J. by headcase44

Quick review of Bayliner 1802 Capri DX
Review of Bayliner 1802 Capri DX by gibo19410

I bought a Bayliner 1802 Capri 2 years ago now and don't regret a minute. Its my first boat and have found it perfect for days out on lakes and sea. Its quick when needs be and stable in even rough seas. The forward cuddy is perfect for keeping plenty of gear and keeps the kids amused as well. I was going to go for a slightly bigger boat but I'm glad I didn't as its just big enough to tow. As a newcomer to boating I found it daunting at the start but now its a piece of cake. Its not too hard on fuel as long as its not reved up to the max and insurance is cheap.

Quick review of Suzuki TwinPeaks 700
Review of Suzuki TwinPeaks 700 by createanew

No wounder they call this Suzuki's mistake. First off I've always had trouble with the four wheel drive and even my dealer can't seem to fix it. On the plus side, it has plenty of power, however when you're stuck without 4wd no amount of power is going to help. The tranny is crap, I should have gone with the King Quad. It's no wounder they only made this for a few years. Steel rims instead of aluminum make for many flats and constant air leakage (aluminum chips and you don't lose your seal). Don't buy this ATV.

Quick review of Glastron GS 209
Review of Glastron GS 209 by bakerlite

My 2006 boat was choosen after literally comparing 50 other boats, I am so pleased that I bought this 5.0MPI version, its fantastic, sticks to the water like glue, handles like a dream and will easily reach 50 knots. Petrol consumption is a little heavy if you push her hard but cruising consumption is great. specify the leatherette interior and a camping canvas and you will be a happy sailor, Glastron parts are easy to obtain and very cost effective, I grounded the prop and an OEM replacement was a very reasonable £100
