While I agree with you about Family Tree Maker, I feel this review needs to say much more about the kind of records available and costs potentially incurred to be more useful. by Viborg
It might be worth mentioning that you have to pay subscription fees to access the information. Also, I would be interested to know whether the payment set-up is like it used to be (monthly payments were debited automatically; yearly ones meant you got reminders) and how accurate you found the transcriptions. Also, what information does it offer in addition to census details these days? by KateHurst

Ancestry, the best on the market!

Advantages: Very easy to use, hints to help you along your family's path, ability to connect to other members.
