As a fellow Toledo driver I know just what you're talking about here. I dont have the Tdi version just the pterol 2.3 V5 but the features you talk about here are just so helpful -though I must admit I dont believe the trip computer! I only get about 25 mpg so a change to a diesel would be something I would look into in the future as long as I can still get high performance, I like the new Leon Cupra Diesel (150)..-CH by Connoisseur_Haggler

I like the sound of this one, 170bhp will do me nicely! I think Seat's are so competively priced for the amt of kit that goes win them and the VW engine means you're sure of decent power and handling. I test drove a Seat Ibiza Sport Cupra before buying my current car and I was tempted very tempted..but alas went back to alfa romeo again (I was missing the purring engine)Very useful opinion, especially the small niggles etc, has servicing and costs been ok on this car so far?
