Oh I know what you're going through! Im currently in dispute about a box that I've been waiting for Parcelforce to pick up from me. I paid for that service yet now I find out I have to deliver the box to the post office delivery centre myself if I want it to be sent rather than wait another week for it to be picked up - and the weather excuse currently wont work as Scotland isn't under any flooding! A bit more info as to the service you got initially, website usage and company would do your review a bit more service for buyers rather than the initial complaint, though I will look forward to seeing when you edit and add more detail after the final outcome. by Nar2
