I'm no expert but I think you might struggle to claim money for "wasted time" at a small claims court. You might be able to use it to get your money back if they don't play. I'd get advice from your local CAB before you make threats that can't be carried out (it won't help your case if it doesn't look like you have done your research). by cr01

Hi , welcome to ciao. You really need to add more info. A little hint read others reviews especially those who have coloured dots as they have been here longest and know how much what info to give for a good review. Have to agree, I've been stood by the window waiting for the postie when I've seen him writing out a card saying he'd tried to deliver and gave him quite a shock when I yanked the window open and asked why he hadn't knocked or rung the bell! by anonymili
