Great Discounts on Unit Trusts

this was 6 years ago. i know. but really what part of "its not barclays fault. we need to wait" dont you understand? people seem to think shares go into a portfolio at the flick of a switch. do you people have any idea what is involved in moving shares from a certificated holding to an electronic holding? how many forms need to be signed and sent to various diffrent people? in diffrent countries with diffrent processes. its in barclays interest to have the shares in the portfolio as soon as possible. by trixibell

Are they worth it?Internet trading at Barclays

Advantages: 2 weeks credit, low maximum charge, get a quote prior to buy/sell.
Disadvantages: need day time internet access, fairly slow to load from internet, no portfolio capability
