£10 isnt a very good price for a pair of goggles, i am a competitive swimmer and you can find better googles at a lot cheaper prices by davegorman

These swimming caps can be uncomfortable I used them all the time when I was on a swim team but other only used them at competitions. by debsjeans

This is not a personal dig but: 1)swimming caps are meant to be tight-thats how they stay on, and thats why swimmers use them (more streamlined if tight) 2)i think you must be putting it on wrong if it keeps falling off-ive been wearing swimming caps for over 11 years and one has never fallen off mid session 3)and its really not that hard to look after caps-a quick swill under the tap will surfice and the talc is not really that necessary-mine survive for months of training with out seeing a speck of talc. by fairydust
