David Intercontinental Tel Aviv hotel, great hotel great location
Review of David InterContinental, Tel Aviv by nicolee1

Advantages: Large rooms, great breakfast, and very clean.
Disadvantages: That little bit away from the buzz of Tel Aviv

Stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks, immaculately clean, the rooms are a great size, and the breakfast superb, I have stayed in many hotels in Tel Aviv. This hotel is a little out, more towards Yaffo, but in a way better as you are that bit away from the hus ... Read review

Tel Aviv Vive*
Review of Tel-Aviv (Israel) by MALU

Advantages: not on the tourist route
Disadvantages: pretty façade, partly ugly backyard

The idea of visiting Israel had been with us for quite some time but somehow it had never become reality, the news we received from the media did nothing to actually lure us to the country. But then I read in a review of an online friend who should know a ... Read review

I don't think you've seen the best Tel Aviv has to offer here. The artist's area behind Yafo that you were trying to get to has been considerably gentrified with buildings valued in the millions of dollars. There are still one or two decrept looking wrecks but the value of this property, so close to the Med, is rocketing and the surrounding community is starting to reflect that. While Tel Aviv is a wholly secular city, it's a pity that you were there at a time when there was less hustle and bustle than normal. by danielse

A glimpse of the real state
Review of Eretz Israel Museum Complex (Haaretz Museum), Tel Aviv by Rogerbyname

Advantages: It's an eye-opener
Disadvantages: It's not very glamorous

The Eretz (literally meaning "The Land") museum is a monument to the continuing struggle experienced by past and present Israelis in establishing the Promised Land. There are numerous archive photographs, artefacts and displays which capture something of ... Read review

Tel-Aviv,
Review of Tel-Aviv (Israel) by Smiler_1980

Advantages: Friendly people, superb food, sun!
Disadvantages: Risks of bombings

I have visited Tel-Aviv on business on a number of occasions. Often I spend time at the Sheraton Moriah hotel due to preferential rates our company gets through the Israeli Export institute. I advise if you are travelling to Tel-Aviv on business that you ... Read review

Great City
Review of Tel Aviv (Ben Gurion) - TLV by skrg28

Advantages: Safe, Friendly People
Disadvantages: Nothing you wouldn't get in any other city

I have been to Tel Aviv at least 10 times through a past job. Whilst the airport is a bit of a pain it is not as bad as you would think. The hype is over rated. Interrogations don't exist. Not really any worse than going to the states. You do have mult ... Read review
