I use two-way radios when I'm in the USA. I use them to find my wife when she gets lost in Walmart or for the parks if the family gets split up. I find that it's easier to understand people if the volume isn't too loud. We tend to turn it up so we don't miss anything but there's always a certain lower level where you can hear a voice more clearly. by LawrenceP
