Trading Standards took them on for me, and BG suddenly saw sense. EDF large as they are are just one of these mega organisations that could not arrange a knees up in a brewery.In my oinion they totally disrespect their paying customers and appear to have received gutter level training. Customer service should mean customer service. EDF staff do receive regular ongoing training in what I not know!! Read review Ciao members have rated this review on average somewhat helpful Ciao members have made 3 comments about this review View comments I can sympathise, we had one awful experience after another with them, we have finally changed to EDF who so far have been miles better by pink_champagne Ask for details of their formal complaints procedure, and if they don't sort it out take it to nthe Energy Ombudsman (http://www.ombudsman-services.org/energy.html). It might take a little while, but that should get it sorted out. 	EDF hopefully showing improvement in 2012 Review of EDF Energy by sooty49 Advantages: Can manage account online ( well could till latest amalgamation with their gas & electric ) Disadvantages: Prices up twice but insisted they only company not to increase prices & now no NECTAR rewards !!
