It's bread, Jim but not as we know it.
Advantages: No scary chemicals in and it tastes like angels tripping over your tongue
Disadvantages: No real instructions, has to be made by the seat of the pants, it takes ages and you, your kitchen and everything else will be covered in flour and congealed dough.
