I would like to share how to prepare a very popular recipe in south india.

2.) 2 yellow onions (medium size chopped)

3.) 2 medium tomatoes (chopped)

4.) 5 green chillies

5.) 2 tablespoon poppy seeds

6.) 1/4 cup cilantro

7.) 50 cashew nuts

8.) 3 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste and red chilli powder

9.) 2 cloves

10.) 1 elachi

11.) 3 tablespoon yogurt

12.) 1/4 table spoon turmeric

13.) 1 table spoon garam masala

14.) 5 table spoon vegetable oil

15.) 1 cup water

16.) salt to taste

How to Prepare

1.) First wash the cut chicken in a big bowl, by adding yogurt, ginger and garlic paste, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder and stir everything, and cover the bowl and let it marinate for an hour.

2.) Next in a frying pan add the poppy seeds and fry them till they turn golden brown.

3.) Grind them till they come in to a fine powder and add the cashew nuts and make it in to a fine powder.

4.) Next cut the onions in to small pieces , cut chillies in to long pieces and add them to it.

5.) Chop the tomatoes and set them aside.

6.) Next in a big pan, pour oil and add elachi and cloves in it.

7.) Next add onions and deep fry them till they turn golden brown.

8.) Next add the tomatoes and deep fry then till they become soft.

9.) Next add chillies and the mixture of poppy seeds and the cashew nuts fry till the oil separates from it.

10.) Next add the marinated chicken and deep fry it for about 5 minutes.

Cilantro is known as coriander in the UK. No idea what Elichi is or where to get it? Might be useful to include some info about the more unusual ingredients x

I think your step by step method is very easy to follow - sounds like a delicious curry. x

not sure this recipe is actually possible to follow in all honesty - I got a bit confused about the deep frying and did you mean to fillet the chicken - also excuse my ignorance but don't know what elachi is or where to get it and think cilantro is something else in english but not sure what.
