Advantages: You get to hear another great tune Disadvantages: You don't hear the lyrics
...somewhat predjudiced. I think that Travis being chosen for the soundtrack to an advert only shows just what a great all round band Travis are and ensures their new single is going to be a hit. Royal mail have wisely chosen the track "Love Will Come Through" off their latest album "12 memories" for their new adverts. The song is about love conquering all through hardship and fits nicely with the message Royal Mail are trying to put across- "we will ......so even "love will come through, its just waiting for you". all together now "aaahhhh!" The message is clear and even if you don't get it the do-do-do-do of the tune is sooooo catchy your bound to be humming it on the way to work and you won't even realise you like a tune by "that depressing band" Travis. ... ...from its past mistakes. Tesco seem to be repeating the same mistake with their adverts time and time again. Previous advert campaigns have featured Mother and daughter. Whilst I hated those ones I am now wishing they would bring them back. The new series of adverts are getting so basic they lack any useful information other than telling you that Tesco have branched in to yet another area that supermarkets should not go. Advertising of Tesco Music ......on the shelf cheap. Perhaps Tesco should just get to the point in the advert and say that. CD's in Tesco seem to have a standard price of £9.77 ??? Don't know why that figure is used but the other super markets seem to have used it aswell. The advert as a whole is boring, has an annoying voice over and tells you very little about the products that you would like to know. So much so that I am having difficulty in writing a review about the advert. ... Read review

Cream currently have a television advert doing the rounds, promoting their new compilation release, Cream Classics. It is their latest in a long line of popular compilations that they have put together and released. This album is said to contain, 'The biggest Cream tracks ever'. There are a total of 50 floorfilling tracks, spread accross a total of three discs. Cream is one of the best known and loved club brands in the world and has now been running ......who are not familiar with Cream and the type of music that it entails, this may help. There are a couple of more main stream tunes like, Moloko - Sing it Back and M People - How Can I Love You More. This is the sort of track that you can expect to find on this compilation or one that is similar. This is very much a party album that a lot of people would probably enjoy. There aren't any hard house or trance tunes so this should appeal to the wider ... Read review

Shania Twain comes full circle on this album, co-writing 11 out of 12 cuts and proving that she can do more than sing. Once again she crosses over into pop/rock territory with this multi-platinum affair, bringing legions of new fans into the country camp. Peppered with hits such as "Whose Bed Have Your Boots Been Under?" and "Any Man of Mine," Twain's sophomore effort features crisp and clear vocals and country-flavored pop arrangements. Husband ... Advantages: Good for getting the housework done to! Disadvantages: Not on long though
More of the same from the top of the euro pop pile. Saying that, it is a good summer album to have blasting out. It's got the top 10 singles Shalala Lala and Kiss (when the sun don't shine) on it and a terrible track Cheekah Bow Bow (that computer song) which really grates! Not very good value though, with only 10 playable tracks, the other four being the Kiss video, the making of the Kiss video, screensaver and icons, and hyperlinks to secret ... Read review
