...strength. I am Currently using Maximuscle Progain it does work but you have to put the work in, too many people think they can use this and do nothing and get the results there looking for. If your going to buy this product you to have a regime in place so you are actually gaining muscle otherwise you will only gain fat. For the best results mix with water not milk or orange so that it is drinkable and easy to digest. Note. Do not buy the banana ...

N-Large2- For all the hardgainers out there

Advantages: Taste, price, convenient if in a rush
Disadvantages: Fat gain, taste can get sickly

PRO LAB N-LARGE2 This product is the best weight gainer on the market, in my opinion. That's not to say that it's perfect but it's very close. It does exactly what it says it's going to. For starters all of the flavours are excellent, vanilla being my personal favourite. If it's possible to look forward to a supplement I did so with this. It proved the perfect high-calorie addition to my diet during my bulking phase, working equally well as a dessert ...
...very reasonably priced, and can be brought in several different sizes. I paid little over £18 for the smallest and it will last a fornight if used only for postworkout nutrition. On the downside, as with all weight gainers, if used too liberally the weight gained may not be desired. I myself put weight on very easily, and I regret to admit I gained a lot of fat on my first few cycles as I used it several times throughout the day. That's not to say ...

Lucozade organge: simply the best

Advantages: energy, kickstart, quench thirst, tasty, many different flavours available
Disadvantages: addictive

Lucozade orange drink is one of my favourite drinks. Not only is it a very tasty, and quench thirsty drink, its also full of energy which gives you a good amount of energy to kick start your day which makes the lucozade that extra bit special. Almost everyone I know drinks it and it's quite popular and with physically active people especially as it provides glucose fuel. I really like the look of the lucozade bottle as it's nicely presented in a ...
...ever so popular lucozade logo on, which makes it stand out from some of its other rival counterparts. Normally when I have finished the bottle I tend to reuse the bottle to make drink in and take it out with me on my travels as the bottle is my number one choice as an alternative for re-using. It is even proven that lucozade energy can help you on your road to recovery if your ill. Nutritional Information Per 100ml Energy 293 Kj 69 Kcal Protein ...

Lucazade Sport - Tastes lovely but didn't give me a lift

Advantages: Tastes very nice
Disadvantages: Didn't re-energize me

...I went for the Lucozade sport, orange flavour for the simple reason that it was 26p cheaper than the original Lucozade. As I wasn’t expecting it to re-energize me, I wasn’t going to pay the extra. The bottle The drink comes in a 500ml plastic bottle with a sports cap as opposed to the normal screwable cap that comes on most bottles of water. On the front of the bottle, you get the Lucozade logo and the words ‘Body Fuel’ on an attractive navy ...
...make the connection to the Lucozade brand. The price of the drink, 99p, is printed into the plastic on the bottle so therefore, I would never expect to see this drink retail for any higher than this amount although I would expect certain retailers to sell it cheaper or as part of a mulitbuy deal. The back of the bottle gives all the nutritional data which I will come onto shortly. The label on the back of the bottle proudly boasts that this drink ...

Lucozade Sport gave me the fuel I needed to write this review.

Advantages: Nice, fruity taste. Does make you feel more energised.
Disadvantages: Bit steep price.

Lucozade is perhaps one of the most well known energy drink franchises in the world. It's staunch purpose - to give the drinker an energy boost to get them through the day. As a student with a mind-numbingly straining day of education, I decided to buy a bottle of Lucozade Sport Body Fuel Orange to go with my nutritious lunch in order to help me through the remainder of the day, and to put it briefly, it worked. The price was a deterring element ...
...a fruity drink to quench your thirst, then Lucozade Sport is the drink for you. It does however contain a rather high level of sugars and sweeteners, so for fitness fanatics, this might not be your cup of tea (or fruit based drink). For the rest of us, drink away. ...
