Advantages: They do help people in a horrible time.
Disadvantages: Our branch has hired rude and unhelpful people, and they tend to look down their nose at you.

Wembley Job Centre

Advantages: By signing on every 2 weeks you get some money.
Disadvantages: The staff are not very well trained.
