No help, whatsoever.

Advantages: Wide variety of jobs to look at.
Disadvantages: You won't be getting any of these jobs.

I have applied for over 100 jobs these last few months with reed.co.uk, most of which I could do with my eyes closed and have more than enough apt qualifications to suit the job. Yet I have had nothing but rejections. Daily they send me boastful emails claiming they have 90,000 vacancies or whatever but who's filling these, I do not know. Advantages: I rang up and got an interview very quickly.
Disadvantages: A bit slow on giving me my test results.

I was worried at first because the consultant didn't do what she said she would do. She seemed to be all talk and no action. She said she'd ring me the day after my interview to tell me my test results but she never did. I waited a week and after still no reply from her I rang back and spoke to a different consultant who took my message.
