Advantages: Makes full use of the Wii controls, fun to play Disadvantages: none
RedSteel is a First Person Shooter. You play as Scott Monroe, who goes to meet his girlfriend's father. Her father is a wealthy Japanese man who is high up on an enemy's hitlist. The father is attacked by his rivals and you have to save him and then your girlfriend gets kidnapped and you have to try and get her back.
Controls

The Nunchuck is used for moving your character with the analogue stick, and the C and Z buttons are used for jumping and crouching. The wii remote is used for shooting. To Shoot you just point the controller and use the B button, it is a lot like firing a real gun. The sword fighting just involves swinging the controller and Nunchuck about and although the wii recognizes your movements well it is still not very realistic, however it is still great fun.

It is easy to use, however, and the control system is great. The only thing that lets it down is the graphics, really. ...

Advantages: Original storyline Disadvantages: clunky; not overly easy to play
Quite immersive storyline featuring Japanese warlords and a quite foxy girlfriend who ends up being kidnapped and relying on you for her salvation. The game opens up into some quite nice shoot'em up sequences but it does expose the limitations of the Wii graphically.
The game stretches the controller (including the nunchuck) to it's maximum and beyond and you can easily (and frustratingly) find yourself spinning helplessly in the room being shot to pieces. The automatic save can be problematic as well and it is particularly irritating to have to return to a previous level because you didn't quite reach the required save point. It's not an especially simple game either with confusing options. That said, the sword fighting sequences are uniquely suited to the Wii and get you out of your armchair and breaking sweat which is what this ...

A whole new game play system exclusive to the Wii | The intensive action throughout the entire game | Total control over all vehicles, such as tanks and jeeps.
The shortness of the game | Graphics declining from its' prequel | Lack of multiplayer. (*)
