Wine That Goes Down Too Easy

Advantages: Sparkling, original, fruity, delicious
Disadvantages: Far too easy to drink!

...typical red wine. About Brown Brothers Brown Brothers are a family run company that was started in 1889 by John F Brown. Today, the company is still family run and is currently being run by the third generation of the Brown Family. Brown Brother produce Australian wines as well as selling this brand, they also sell a selection of white, rose and other reds. Packaging Brown Brother Cienna wine comes in a dark green, fairly plain bottle. Brown Brother ...
...wine! Here, a bottle of Brown Brother Cienna will set you back £5.99 for a 750ml bottle which is slightly more expensive that what I would normally like to pay for a bottle of wine but I certainly think that this brand is worth every penny! Smell Upon opening the bottle, you can instantly smell the wine which comes across as being fresh and fruity. Two dominant scents are that of cherries and raspberries and there is also a slightly spicy smell to ...

Quality in a bottle!

Advantages: Great on it own - Great with good food!
Disadvantages: Not the cheapest wine on the shelf

...all have our favourties. Wolf Blass Yellow Label Cabernet Sauvignon is one of my personal favourites. It stands out on the supermarket shelf - the gold eagle 'Wolf Blass' emblem and the label both suggest quality even without tasting it. If you have a display wine rack, it looks very good whatever other bottles you keep alongside it. At the time of writing, ASDA are selling this at £8 for two bottles which I believe is great value, so I am trying ...
...difficult not to drink it faster than you can buy it, so stocking up on the stuff isn't quite as easy as it could be. Serve it at room temperature - best opened in advance an allowed to breathe a little. Its deliciously full bodied and warming to drink with a touch of woodiness to it. To me, it tastes delicious and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to a red wine drinker who hasn't tried it before (if such a person exits!). I regularly drink it ...

Banrock station sparkling Shiraz .

Advantages: Fruity, light .
Disadvantages: The price.

I was lucky enough to be given a bottle of this for my birthday just gone by my fab sis who i now know still knows me very well even though we dont get togegther much . I was blown away by its fruity flavour which left me quite pleasantly suprised and the bubbles made it go doen with a light crispy feel . It did go to my head slightly quicker than expected ( it was my birthday after all ) and i got a real munch on after a couple of glasses . I have ...
...and i would advise you to sip on it . It was a definate treat to drink and i have bought it a few times since being given one for my birthady but i wouldnt be able to buy it on too much of a regular basis as it costs just a little more than i would spend as just a drink to buy regularly . I would say a definate must to treat your self or someone else and i would recomend it . Happy drinking . ...

Austrailian Red wine selected by Tesco worth a try

Advantages: Smooth
Disadvantages: none that I can think of

...to buy it again from Tesco again and I enjoyed it the second time just as much as I did the first time. Describing any kind of flavour is a difficult task for me, but with some kind of wines especially red it is easier to describe what you don't like about them, rather than what you do. The main two failings I find with quite a few red wines is some you could describe as being bitter and others you could describe as being vinegry, and this bottle ...
...wines. Worth a try. Although my wife bought it on the monthly online tesco shop we never normally spend more than £6 on wine, so it is bound to be cheap and good value for money, and with a screw top rather than a cork also handy to open. ...

The Red wine that Can be Treated Like a White

Advantages: Very Easy Drinking .
Disadvantages: None

...really like the wines That Brown Brothers Produce. They are usually priced at a fiver and up .I bought this when it was on offer at my local Booths Supermarket when it was reduced by 2 Quid. It is an easy drinking type red without any harsh tannin flavours and it is a red I would recommend to someone who doesn't usually drink/like red wine yes it is that easy to drink. It is a Pale red colour and has a fresh cherry type taste although it is 12.5% ...
...glugged. Although I am no wine expert it seems like it would be best served within 2 years and does'nt seem like the type of wine to store to age This wine will go with any food that is not too overpowering like Beef stews that are nrmally recommended for red wines, toi me this is the red wine that books the trend of reds and is more like a white in it's versatility. Best Chilled available from Tescos and Booths ...
