Nearly six weeks and no goods and no money 08/10/2010

Disadvantages No goods. No refund. No customer service. Sums it up, really.

I ordered an oven from Redhill Appliances after it was recommended by Which and Redhill was listed on that site as a supplier who had it "In stock". I ordered on-line and received a prompt phone call taking payment but I was told the item wasn't in stock at all and would take 7-10 days to arrive and they would phone me to arrange delivery. 10 days later I'd heard nothing so I rang and was told it still wasn't in stock but would be in "on Friday" and they would ring me. I rang them on Friday because there was no promised phone call from Redhill Appliances and was again told "Next week" ... more

Offered the cheapest price on the washing machine I wanted when delivery cost of £1 was factored in and were very friendly and helpful on the phone when I had a few queries. They delivered on time and were flexible with their delivery time. I would highly recommend. less

100% Satisfied. I was let down by Dixons when i ordered my Zanussi dishwasher, then i came across Redhill appliances. Not only were they £30 cheaper than Dixons but delivery was only £1 extra.Ordered late Tuesday night, had a phone call by 10am Wednesday and arranged delivery for the following Monday. Arrived on time and in perfect condition, driver was very helpful and placed where asked. I will definately use Redhill again and recommend them to anyone. They do exactly what they say they will , read their terms and all will go ok. Thanks Redhill A+++ less

Very happy with all aspects of the order. The website was a breeze to use, the staff called within about an hour of me placing the order to arrange delivery and offer a recycling service for my old beaten-up machine. The machine was delivered the following week. I phoned on the morning of delivery for a time slot, and lo and behold the driver turned up slap bang in the middle of it. The driver positioned my machine just where i wanted it and took the old one. Great effort. Thanks less

Redhill Appliances is one of the best internet companies I have used. The internet sight is user frindly and very simple. Next received an acknowledgement telephone call and recipt by post on the folloing date. Delivery time and date received well in advace. Deliverd within the scheduled time. Very happy customer.
