The bosch WAS32469 washing machine i ordered has arrived today. It took a little longer than expected, due to the recent bank holidays, and it was delivered within the 7-10 working days that i was quoted. Overall I am very happy with the level of service that i received. Advantages: None Disadvantages: Advertises goods that are no longer availble and poor customer service
Ordered a Liebherr 3031 from above company in early August and paid in full with credit card. Advertised delivery time 7-10 days. One week later they rang to say their advertised goods were no longer available and would we have the new model at a higher price. We reluctantly agreed and were told the goods would be delivered in 7-10 days. A week later we were given a delivery date but the day before they rang and said there would be another weeks ... ...delivery date would be the final delivery date. The day before the final delivery date they rang to say there would be a further delay of one day and the next day they rang again to say it would be another week before it could be delivered. By this time we were furious and cancelled the order. There has been no apology for the delay – it just seems that to them its acceptable customer service. Now we just have to wait to see how long it takes them ...

This is not the first time i have used Redhill Appliances and won't be the last time either. Originally a friend recommended Redhill Appliances to me, when i needed a washing machine. On that occasion the machine was not only in stock but about £80.00 cheaper than John Lewis. Delivery came out to me within a couple of days, and a Saturday as well which was ideal for me.
Most recently i ordered a Rangemaster cooker from them. Again significantly ... ...was not in stock but was still delivered to me within a fortnight. (Other companies were quoting anything up to 8weeks!!!)
Again delivery came on Saturday as promised. The driver even helped me into the kitchen with it, this wasn't expected but very much appeciated.
Well done Redhill Appliances, if only all companies would give 'old fashioned' service like this! ...

I'm over the moon with the Miele washing machine i have purchased and the service that Redhill appliances have given. Very quick to call me after placing the order, and delivery was quicker than they had quoted. Even after paying extra for recycling the packing and taking my old machine away, they were still significantly cheaper than other companies i have used previously.
The driver helped me to my kitchen with the machine thakfully as it weighed ...

i have 4 children and my washing machine broke so i ordered a new one through redhill appliances to be delivered a week later. The day before delivery i got a phonecall to say it was not in stock it would be another week even though it showed as being in stock online when ordered so give them the benefit of the doubt and arranged delivery for the following week suprise suprise to be told the day before again oh sorry its going to be another week ... ...waste of time less than helpful when you contact them. The only thing they are good at is taking your money and lie to customers. My advice would be pay a bit extra and go elsewhere because you will wait a long time before you get your order. Obviously i cancelled my order and looked elsewhere. ...
