Im one of those people who tries every new shampoo the second it hits the shelves at Boots of Superdrug, if the adverts say its good, then i will try it.
Im not one of those people who goes for those cheap and nasty 2 in 1 combinations - they dont work and are fairly crap.
So whilst searching through Ciao, on my daily reading of about 20 people i came across Moose's opinion on some Redkin shampoo and thought i might as well give it a read, i usually read all her op's anyway.
So after reading this op i decided to bite the bullet and purchase some of this shampoo, Moose made it sound like the perfect, ideal one i had been looking for and although it was a bit pricey, who cares, for a good looking mane it had to be worth it.
Off i went to www.lookfantastic.com in search of this miracle cure, and there
it was. Redkin is formualted for the needs of long hair.
After reading the website on the product i decided to but it when i read this bit...

So i went to sign up to the website and purchase this shampoo. What you get for £21.95 is Redken So Long Heat Treat in a 300ml bottle, Redken So Long Shampoo in a 300ml bottle and Redken So Long Conditioner again in a 300ml bottle, and you also get the free gift of a towel wrap which helps you to wrap your hair once it had been washed and this towel doesnt fall off every five minutes when it has become loose.
Ordering the product via the website was really easy, all you do is click on the product, go to the bottom of the page where the price is and click on buy, it is as easy as that. The you fill in all your details and hey presto, you've bought something online. It works out cheaper to join the website to receive all the discounts, then it is off to your basket, through the checkouts with no queuing.
I was even more impressed when two days later Mr Postie arrived with my little package and there it was all nicely wrapped.
So what does each bottle do and what is it like? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ *Redken So Long Heat Treat 300ml* Heat activated leave in treatment. Protects and fortifies long hair leaving it shiny and tangle free.
I use this stuff once i have washed my hair with the shampoo and the conditioner, what you do is your spray your hair all over and then when you dry it with a hairdryer it becomes really shiny and glossy and supersoft. It is a fantasic product.
*Redken So Long Shampoo 300ml* Ideal for long hair this helps to detangle, protect, fortify and add shine to it using a Conditioning System which cleanses long hair gently.
There is a fruity smell about this product, it is clear in colour and you only need a small amount as it lathers really nicely.
Finally there is the *Redken So Long Conditioner 300ml* This conditioner is ideal again for long hair, it not only detangles, protects, fortifies hair but also adds shine.
This conditioner again has a fruity smell about it, is white in colour and again you only need a small amount as it lathers really easily.
I have now been using these products for well over a week and a half and i usually wash my hair every other day. This shampoo set leaves your hair feeling soft and clean the whole time as well as making it smell nice. People have actaully commented on the smell of my hair and how nice it is.
I have also already ordered my next batch as it is still on offer for £21.95, yes it is a little pricey but it really does do what it says on the bottle and what i have told you in this opinion and if you work out how much you would normally spend on a shampoo and conditioner plus any other hair products you would use i am sure you will agree this is really a lot cheaper.

The salon which I frequent uses Redken products - the FatCat version suits my hair best - I wonder who thought up the product names - great op. - Cheers, Shekera
