Once there was a time when people would faint at paying £7 a bottle for shampoo. But as time has passed and prices have fallen, the demand for Redken has increased. In fact, you probably did not even know what the make of shampoo was in the hairdresesrs did you? Most people, particularly us men, did not used to pay much attention to what the assistant was slapping on our head. After a time of dating a young lady from a hairdressers in Chelmsford (thanks Amelia), I found out what the secret ingredient was. Redken. Coming out of the hairdressers, you always think that your hair heels really good. Although much work has been undertaken to mould your hair into your new look, the shampoo must take some of the credit for the fell of your hair. Free samples were good due to the price. I must admit, I would not have paid such rediculous prices for a bottle of shampoo when I could buy 3 bottles for the same price. This is not such an issue anymore and neither is the lack of stockists. Redken is available at more and more hairdressers and salons.
My hair is always silky smooth after using this and often people have told me how nice my hair smells. I liken the smell to a cross between a sporty, clean fragrance and a fruity aroma. These 2 combine to make my head smell lovely, so I have been told.
Due to its use by the hairdressers, you know it is a quality product. In fact, it is one of the best for cleansing power. Your hair will feel really clean and very invigorated without the stripping sensation of some products.
No irritation from the shampoo either. I suppose that if a hardresser is using it, they cannot take the risk of irritating the scalp of one of their customers or they may go somewhere else.
All in all, it is a great product which is becoming much more widely avaiable and at a cheaper price than it used to be sold. full marks to Redken.

OMG! Its available in the shops now? This is my favourite shampoo and I hate paying such ridiculous prices for it ~ you say its in Boots, is it available in all Boots? I don't think I have seen it in Norwich. Please let me know where you have seen it via my GB, I am desperate to save money on it! Ta!
