Reflex Crepure Creatine

What is it?

Creatine is an organic acid that occurs naturally in humans and helps to supply energy to muscles. If you were to rely on totally natural creatine and get the optimal amount, you would have to eat ½ a kilogram of raw meat or fish a day (I don’t think so).

However you can take supplements of creatine, like Reflex’s ‘crepure’ to make sure your body is getting the maximum possible for exercise.

Oh and by the way Creatine is a performance enhancing drug, however it is NOT BANNED in any sport and it is NOT A STEROID, and does NO HARM TO YOU BODY.

Crepure and Reflex

Reflex’s’ Crepure is a branded version of creatine, they claim it is the gold standard of creatine on the market (and I agree with them {see conclusion}). They claim Creapure is the only Creatine in the world to be consistently tested free from impurities and by-products. It is manufactured by a reputable drug company (AlzChem) and abides by the international standards of ISO9001 & ISO17025.

Reflex is a very interesting brand in the supplement market, it preaches on ethical issues (all containers are made of 100% recyclable materials) and places strong emphasis on its customers. Reflex also offers an amazing guarantee, “If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you may return it you may return it for a full refund.”

Directions for use

Take 5 grams with 250mills of water or fruit juiceonce a day 15 minutes before training.

Creatine is tasteless.

Advantages

The advantages of using Crepure and Creatine is you will see improvements for those sports that require intensive strength such as bodybuilding and cycling and creatine can greatly improve performance in the areas of maximum strength and endurance. Creatine intake also results in improved concentration, higher endurance in training and faster recovery.

Creatine is universally recognized as offering the potential to increase maximal strength and endurance by up to 15% in speed sports as well as intensive weight training. Improvement can be as high as 20% for maximal strength in interval training; approximately 30% for power increase and energy release in short sprints and up to 15% in training for repeated sprints.

Creatine storage can be improved by taking creatine together with carbohydrates like glucose, instead of taking it pure. Ingesting carbohydrates raises blood sugar levels and therefore the secretion of insulin, the improved uptake of creatine into the muscles is attributed to stimulation of creatine transporters mediated by insulin.

Side effects

Creatine is one of the most extensively tested drugs in the world and as of yet has resulted in no consistent side effects.

Other competitors

There are lots of other companies seeing different forms of creatine, however not all abide by the same rigorous standards of reflex. Creatine in its pure form is a very good and important product for people training for strength and speed. Lots of other companies will try to sell it with something to increase the price and raise there own profits.

Conclusion

I have seen a lot of people take a lot of supplements all claiming wonderful things, however, Creatine is one of the few supplements that time after time works, it is not a gimmick. Crepure is in my opinion the premier brand of creatine on the market as I write, it offers an excellent price for a very good product. 50 servings for £10.
